This expression is produced from 100% agave grown in the Los Altos (Highlands) region of Jalisco. It is cooked in a combination of stone ovens and autoclave, and fermented in stainless steel.
It is aged in American white oak barrels for a minimum of 12 months and bottled at 40% ABV. .
