Tasting Notes
"The nose sets up the palate nicely, with sweet spicy notes of clove and cinnamon, baked apples, caramel, and baked sweet corn cereal flakes. The palate is big, sweet, and spicy, with more of those baking spice notes, more baked apple, vanilla, and a black peppery heat. There's a special appearance from a dab of apricot jam flavor leading into the big, spicy finish that is surprisingly not too hot. "
