Dayuuuum. Probably one of my favorites I’ve tried. Candy. Proof. Nose. It has everything

N: baking spices T: STRONG pepper, vague tropical "white" fruit F: very persistent capsaicin-like spicy burn on mouth. Finish alone bumps this up for me

Cherry pie, smooth, full bodied

Opened for over a month now, heavy vanilla, slight oak, and like some sort of creme at the end. I would drink this every day

Very hot.

Vanilla, marshmallows, peanut dust, oak, spicy. Very good. Gotten better after a few weeks.

Color: Dark mahogany. You can definitely tell the age and high proof in the color alone. Nose: It took a few minutes in the glass for the strong fumes to clear, but once they did there’s a strong butterscotch and caramel scent. The sweetness on the nose is very prevalent. It’s a terrific nose. Pallet: I’m not refined enough to really pick out the individual flavors on this one with the higher proof, but it’s absolutely delicious. Adding a drop of water brings out more flavor while subduing some of the burn. Love the consistency of this one. Definitely a bit thicker and syrupy. Finish: Strong and long oaky finish. Maybe a hint of plum at the very end of the finish. Or blackberry. Best bourbon I’ve ever had. Hands down a must buy.
