Absolutely amazing. I loved A120 and this is way more approachable. One of my all time top sippers. My favorite part is the sweetness that hits in the middle of tasting.

Nose of apples, honey, cinnamon and oak. There’s a walnut and molasses undertone. The ethanol can be felt in the back of the nose but not smelled. Viscous with a pop of flavors. Smoother than the proof suggests and spice, oak, raisin and chocolate cherries dance on the tongue. No peanut funk as with Beam. Does have a dash of BT tobacco in there though. The finish is oak, spice and warmth and goes in forever, bringing back baked apple pie for minutes. Came back 5min later and bumped to 4.5 because the finish just does not stop. The way it coats the mouth and just keeps on giving... just fantastic.

Really good, but the bottle I tasted at the Sugar House 6 years ago was arguably the best I've ever had. This bottle is great, but definitely hotter.

The nose is incredible. Powerful woody aroma. The palate is almost overkill. I like barrel proofs but I just can’t get in to this one. I’ve tried it neat, with water, and with ice. I know I’m in the minority but this one just isn’t for me.

Delicious pour. Very smooth for 127 proof. Long sweet finish.

Cinnamon bomb! Very complex and flavorful bourbon.

If you can get past the heat...these ECBP’s are a flavor explosion! I get grape laffy taffy and a slight tobacco flavor on the nose. The flavor is exploding with fruity notes!!
