Reviewed December 2, 2021 (edited January 9, 2022)Nose: Toffee, hints of cherry, spice and a kick of ethanol Palate: cherry, spice then heat builds which kicks in the oak Finish: mouth coating and long, turns bitter though with lots of oak coming through -

Reviewed November 22, 2021My last pour from this bottle. Really deep caramel corn flavor. Definitely smoothed out with a big cube. Sorry to see this bottle empty.
