Reviewed January 21, 2021Oak brown sugar and vanilla in the nose. There is also a light fruit that I sorry if ouch up but when I think I have figured out the alcohol overpowers it. The taste of oak and caramel then just a boat of high ABV bourbon. But the finish is where it is at. Lots of heat but not in a bad way. Big hug followed by cherry with a long smooth creamy finish that keeps on giving and giving65.0 USD per Bottle -

Reviewed January 16, 2021 (edited March 14, 2021)Loving this - better than the B520, the best ECBP I’ve had (IMHO). Such a great nose that carries through to the palate and a delightful finish. More and more I’m liking barrel proof whiskies and this was my #3 of 2020 behind Old Carter Bourbon Batch 5 and Old Carter American Batch 3.
