Charred Oak, Toffee, Spiced Cookies, Baked Apple Slices on the nose, nutmeg, vanilla extract, cinamon, caramel like burnt sugar and butter notes on the palate, finish is moderate in strength, mostly ethanol and sweet wood notes.
Nose is prototype ECBP however more peanut than normal so not as crazy about this one as some other releases.
On the taste, a nice burst of spice. Bit of caramel and cherry, but not overwheming … pretty subtle
Finish really lingers down theough the chest. No burn just a noce warming feeling. That spice lingers nocely too. Finish os the beat part of the pour.
Overall, good but not my favorite of their releases. Will retry after opening up a bit.
