Buttery toast, oak and dark fruits . Love this

Nose: lots of vanilla, slight oak Pallette: vanilla, honey, oak Finish: sweet, vanilla, small spice at end to keep you honest

On the nose I was immediately hit by caramel, followed by citrus, red hots, and ethanol. The palate is sweet, with a bit of oak and char, and a building burn. The finish is long and surprisingly oaky. Overall this is one of my least favorite batches of ECBP, I feel the oak and citrus overpower the whole pour.
