Tasting Notes
"If this bourbon were a song it would be "Cherry Oh Baby". Aromas of stewed cherries, clove, cinnamon, and allspice mix with notes of toasted corn cereal and a hint of oiled leather. The palate is a mix of cherry cola, caramel, and buttered cinnamon toast. This is a rich, almost chewy bourbon with a medium-to-heavy finish, marked by more jammy cherry flavor, hints of cocoa and sparks of spicy heat. "
