Elijah Craig Barrel Proof Bourbon

Super impressed with this batch. For being high proof it is very smooth. The initial response is how oily it is as you sip it. It’s followed by the nice oaky flavor then followed by a nice hint of cinnamon.

2021 batch tucson pick 9 year 126 proof Rich and smooth carmel, light coffee and chocolate. Good stuff, not my fav barrel pick but great.

Fantastic whiskey for the price.
