Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon

Nose: wonderful mix of barrel char, cherries, smoked barley, cereal Taste: floral baking spices, apple, honey and caramel Finish: short to medium I like to recommend this bourbon to people coming from scotch. There’s something a little familiar to me…like the apple and smoky barley.

Getting a lot of caramel on the nose and warm spices on the finish. One of my all-time faves.

Solid bourbon. Has some good flavors and definitely can taste the oaky notes. For the price and taste it will definitely be a rebuy.
