Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon

Been open a bit too long. Floral, light. I remember liking this but not quite as much now

Sweet oaky nose. Sweet vanilla flavor with notes of oak & honey with hints of spice. Spicey oak finish with notes of vanilla & honey. Also has a hint of spearmint in the finish. Mashbill: 78% corn, 12% malted barley & 10% rye (the same mashbill Heaven Hill uses for Evan Williams single barrel vintage but older). Whiskeys used aged from 8 to 12 years.

So very spicy upfront. Pretty good finish.
