RyeUnlike bourbon, rye whiskey can be made anywhere in the world. But if made in the US, the mash bill recipe must be at least 51% rye and it must be aged in new, charred oak barrels with no age requirement. Elsewhere, the rye whiskey will be made keeping the country of origin's rules regarding the recipe and minimum aging.

Tasting Notes
"This 2 year blended rye has a sweet orange marmalade and rye dough aroma. The whiskey is very light in body, and on the palate is full of baking spices. It finishes subtly with green apple and pear. Overall I find it a bit young for my personal preference but I do think they are on to something if they can keep the price point the same as they age. "
