Elmer T. Lee Single Barrel Bourbon

finishes dry and slightly woody almost tannic. also not as rich. nose is complex and inviting. dried citrus peel, touch of cinnamon and vanilla oak. enjoyable with the exception of the classic bourbon burnt I get often on the top of my throat.
