Elmer T. Lee Single Barrel Bourbon

Famously (now) hard to find without being horrifically pricey, somehow I've lucked out at two neighborhood bars of mine having bottles. It's got spice on the palate, but the finish is all sweetness. I'd call this a traditional bourbon as far as flavor goes, but surprisingly light heat (ie low proof) - so smooth you'd wonder if there was corn in the mash!
