"The aroma provides notes of buttery vanilla, coconut, and ripe banana peel, punctuated by a hint of lime. The initial sip reveals a swirl of tropical fruit notes with a bite of alcohol. Additional sips reveal notes of cooked banana, coconut meat, sweet vanilla, and lime juice. The citrus and alcohol notes linger creating a light acidic finish. The immature alcohol note is present in all parts of the tasting experience. It works well with fruit and berry juices and is a good ingredient for cocktails using those juices."
