Tasting Notes

"Sweet yet savory, very English indeed. A light nose of malt, raw nuts, vanilla pudding, and some dry peat. The palate mirrors most of nose. At the core of it all there is lots of light malt and homemade cream. The finish is long with thin slices of earthy peat. This deserves a few pours and dark chocolates."
