Prefer with a drop of water to open. Very light, mild whisky (Canadian) - especially before opening. A drop of water brings out a much bolder flavor profile that a bourbon lover like myself probably prefers while still remaining very smooth to drink. A bit pricey at ~$130. But what do you want for 25 year aged whisky?
