"Rose petal aromas are clear as is the cinnamon and coriander. The taste profile brings out these flavors with the added ginger and juniper coming in to play. Fear not the rose as it isn't the driver of the car, but merely a passenger. The finish has a spicy bite from the cinnamon and ginger. Try in a French 75 or a Tom Collins."
