Reviewed October 16, 2020Neat. Pale straw in color. Nose is lots of agave, some grassy herbs, oak, minerals, and slight vanilla. Taste is agave sweet with slight oak, toffee, orange peel, almonds, vanilla and anise, balanced with bitter green herbs, and slight mineral salinity. Finish is dry with moderate saccharine sweet/tart, minerals, orange peel, oak tannins. Richness/mouthfeel is moderately thin, but it does have some legs Overall a nice natural tasting tequila. I personally enjoy this being on the drier/bitter/complex side versus the average tequila. Not a lot of wood, but just enough to add another layer of complexity without distracting from the agave notes. Excellent value32.0 USD per Bottle
