Produced at Casa San Nicolás in the Los Altos highlands region of Jalisco, Mexico, Espolòn Extra Añejo is distilled from hand-harvested 100% Blue Weber agave. Aged two and a half years in American oak before finishing for six months in French Chardonnay casks. The matte black bottle features label artwork inspired by José Guadalupe Posada depicting a serenata, a Mexican tradition of serenading a loved one, a concept that carries through to production with the liquid serenaded by music and sound waves during fermentation.
Bottled at 80 proof, available nationwide beginning June 2026. (SRP $69.99) .
