Once again, initially very soft on the palate with a gently building sweetness, now with hints of creamy caramel and sweet vanilla that lead to a peppery mid palate with some roasted agave flavour and pineapple juice accompanied by dry rub spices.

The finish is spicy with lingering pepper and salt tingling on the tongue, but also faintly sour tropical fruit sweetness still present throughout.
