Etsu Japanese Gin is made at the Asahikawa Distillery located on the Japanese island of Hokkaido. The botanicals macerate in neutral cane spirit for 24 hours before distillation in a copper pot still.

These botanicals include tea leaves, yuzu, green bitter orange peel, coriander, licorice, and angelica root in addition to juniper. Brought down to 43% ABV with water from the Taisetsu Mountains.

Etsu Japanese Gin is made at the Asahikawa Distillery located on the Japanese island of Hokkaido.     Also has been referred to as "Contemporary", "New Western", "New Wave", and "New American". This style is not legally defined. In general, this category of gin, while it does contain juniper, places less of an emphasis on this botanical. Other botanicals not classically used in London Dry gins are often utilized and often highlight botanicals grown in the region the gin is produced. Most produced as either London Dry or Distilled Gins.
