Evan Williams 1783 Bourbon (80 Proof)

Peanutty oak on the nose and palate with a medium spice finish.

Lovely... light caramel, nilla, tobacco, spearmint. Enjoyable.

Definitely a hidden gem at bargain prices. Great flavor and easy to drink. It's up there with Elijah Craig as one of my regular favorites, but the lighter proof on this shows. It's a bit more mellow and sweeter.

Very underrated, can't beat this juice
