Evan Williams 1783 Bourbon (80 Proof)

I think it's fair to give this a 5/5 for it's price-point. Obviously not as complex as more expensive bourbon, but I have yet to see any other $20 or less bottle come close to this. Great full flavor, oaky, not much burn, and everything I want for a daily sipper. I will keep this one stocked regularly.

Maple syrup and a touch of cherry on the nose. Flavor on the bland side. After taste nothing exciting with slightly too much alcohol to really enjoy.
