Tasting Notes
"Big vanilla and oak on the nose, with toasted almonds and just the slightest hint of coconut. In the mouth, it brings an initial wave of vanilla sweetness with a bit of orange peel and big oak before a wave of cinnamon and baking spices appear. Once the spice notes recede, a spearmint note comes to the forefront, and continues on to the finish which is long and lingering. More oak, dried coconut and cedar finish things off. "
