Cherry, dusty corn, slight oak and char smoke. A $12-$15 bottle of bourbon that’s just classic. No bells or whistles and not distilled to make it “easy” or “smooth”. Just a standard of Kentucky Bourbon.

Cheap and no frills with some sweetness, very mellow, middle of the road. Had it neat as a group tasting to sample the everyday, cheaper bourbons. I will add.... this goes nicely with Vanilla Wafers.
