Tasting Notes
"This 9 year Aultmore from Chapter 7 is beguilingly complex. Leathery and nutty on the nose, the palate brings out hints of dark cocoa, orange peel, brine, and roasted hazelnuts. At 62.2% abv, a bit of water will help bring out its subtleties. It's a big Scotch, not at all overwhelmed by the oloroso sherry cask, and quite a good buy at the price."
