Evan Williams Single Barrel Vintage

Very oaky nose, with hints of cinnamon and spice, a little fruit, and something in between chocolate and vanilla. Tastes mostly of fruit, vanilla, and salted nuts. I feel like the bottle needs to breathe a bit. The drink I had a day or two after the bottle had been opened tasted quite different than the first drink.
