STR refers to the shaved, toasted, and re-charred method he formulated. Bottled without chill-filtration at 46% ABV. Available in the US as of December 2019. Certified Kosher.

Tasting Notes
"Israel isn't the first country one thinks of for malt whisky, but this is a strong showing for a young whisky from Milk and Honey. A cereal grain character comes through initially, backed by very pleasant salinity. Subtle notes of pear and cardamom linger on the finish. It's a light, enjoyable dram, at a very sippable 92-proof."
