Reviewed November 15, 2014 (edited April 24, 2018)Nose is light with vanilla and faint tropical fruit (upon sitting in the glass slight barrel char shows up but doesn't show on the palate). Palate has light spiciness with more vanilla. Over all I find this bottle to be easy sipping maybe too easy. Not very complex. (DrinkUP NY Single Barrel #300 barreled April 2002 - bottled 2012)
