Evan Williams White Label Bottled in Bond Bourbon

Vanilla, marshmallow, caramel. Finishes with a strong bite of pepper and burnt caramel. A little rough neat, great in an Old Fashioned.

Better after being open for a week, nose has mellowed and the vanilla on the nose is much less pronounced.

3.5 Bought this for a cooking bourbon but it is very drinkable as well. On the nose is caramel and banana pudding with cinnamon, cardamom, and all spice. These notes continue on the palate, but lying underneath oak, corn, and pepper. The finish is oak, pepper, caramel and a tingling sensation. Overall a good value bourbon with bold flavors.

Definitely a change to this bottle after being opened for a few days. Nice barrel char comes through after air gets in the bottle.

high proof, but you definitely taste the burn. Certainly not as complex as other BiB Bourbons. not surprising considering it's $15 price tag.

Spicy and a bit hot but great baking spice flavours, pecan, corn, light oak, peanuts at price that’s tough to beat

Solid budget sipper. Definitely some great from the proof.
