Evan Williams White Label Bottled in Bond Bourbon

It’s a BiB straight bourbon. You can’t go wrong with it esp for the price. Straight, mix, whatever. Delivers what it’s advertised as.

Sweet, spicey, full bodied with some malty and alcoholic notes on the finish. You can tell that this is a higher proof whiskey as it has some throat burn. Sipable, but high ABV makes this an excellent mixer for whiskey and coke.

Cheap, can be good mixer or simple sipper without too much complexity. Sweet and mellow

Overall: Quick Sipper Nose: Bright Apple, Basic, Flat Notes: Bland compared to the other two BiB I tried (OFO and Old Grandad) Finish: Clean, Quick, Dry I'd put down $22 or less on it
