Evan Williams White Label Bottled in Bond Bourbon

Ruskigt prisvärd med fylliga och runda smaker. Backloggad så min beskrivning blir dessvärre inte bättre än så.

“Neck pour” neat Nose— toasted marshmallow, some bready spice from the rye, sweet corn, a little cherry cough syrup. Inviting but also kind of thin Palette— really quite thin. Proof is coming across. Classic notes, some of that bready spice. Nutty on the backend. Hoping this opens up with the rest of the bottle because it’s decent but I really wish it was richer/thicker.

One of my main mixing Bourbons. Makes a great Whiskey Sour. It is full of flavor and will punch through the mix and make a killer drink

Burns like 100 proof lower shelf bourbon. Solid flavor, nice caramel, makes a great highball.
