Good value liquor, though not a very good overall tasting bourbon. I can tell it hasn't been aged long as the flavor profile is quite bland and the finish is gone faster than I can identify much of anything. It makes for a poor whiskey sour, and its Manhatten variant is far too watery for me. I would only resort to drinking EW BinB in the form of a party shot. I prefer EW Single Barrel for all forms and usage of drink.
The Nose: sweet corn, nuttiness, and a little vanilla.
Sipping neat: caramel, vanilla, salty peanut shells, corn sweetness, and watermelon? Lol
