Ezra Brooks Distiller's Collection Bourbon

Hard to find, but worth it if you do. Beautiful amber color, bold (but not too, even at 107 proof) rich, oily feel. Vanilla, toffee, hint of apple and baking spices, perhaps some cocoa.

Chocolate wet ply wood and overly oaked high rye bourbon. Unless you like very alcohol forward rough drinking cowboy bourbon I would steer clear. Sad because Ezra 7 is one of my favorites. Guess I’m adding this to the infinity bottle.
