Gin begins as their vodka, distilled from quinoa grains grown in the Andes. Six botanicals - juniper berries (grown in Central Asia), cardamom, coriander, calamus root, angelica roots, and grains of paradise (grown in the Kerala region of India) are then macerated in the vodka for a week before being distilled again. This gin is bottled at 42% ABV.
Distilled GinThis style of gin takes a neutral spirit and then adds juniper berries and other natural flavorings before it is re-distilled. After distillation, additional flavors (artificial or natural) and sweeteners may be added.
