Fee Brothers Mint Bitters

Mint bitters are not exactly the most popular type of bitter out there. Fee Brothers mint is probably the most popular and at the very least the easiest to get ahold of. However, I'm not sure it's worth the purchase for the lack of recipes that actually call for mint bitters. The mint is very much present here, but it does lean a touch artificial, and it does lack any bitterness. This one is more of a flavoring agent, so I would use these bitters more for recipes that call for this specific brand over just replacing a recipe that asks for mint bitters in general. The fact that you won't see this called for much is probably reason enough to not own these, but it's not the worst of the Fee Brothers collection, just not a necessity to have around.
