Tasting Notes
"An intriguing nose shows its multiple influences, with sour cherries, floral notes of violets as well as agave nectar and honey, plus leather, spice, and oak. The palate is spicy with cinnamon, black pepper, and tannic oak, along with vanilla, menthol, and dark chocolate-covered berries. The finish is the most whiskey-centric segment of the sip until a final flourish of earthy agave as a closing note."
