Smells and tastes young. Getting past that there is grain and fruit. Very soft early but lingers late. Not a wonderful after taste. Tastes like earth day
Ended up pouring the last bit out. This bottle gave me terrible hangovers, and the smell of this made me sick. Too young and earthy/herbal with too many congeners. Enjoyed at times, but this was not ready
Last pour from this bottle. Overall, a good whiskey, but not a good bourbon. A lot of green, young flavors that give hope to this one day being a good whiskey (with appropriate age), but at this point the herbal, woody, tangy flavors make this quite undesirable. Potential, but the Folks at Few have not had enough time to age this
Nose is actually FANTASTIC - really sweet caramel/vanilla. Taste is REALLY good up front, with fading green flavors, that finishes with sweet vanillas again - this was a one-off taste
Flavor is starting to grow on me. Starts off strong with beautiful sweet vanilla, caramel and chocolatey oak, but finishes with a lot of those youthful green and harsher wood flavors.
