FEW Publican Gin

This limited edition expression from FEW Spirits in Evanston was produced in collaboration with the Publican restaurant in nearby Chicago. Distilled from grain and genever-inspired, it's made using a mash of Pilsner malt and two-row barely malt. Juniper, lemon peel, orange peel, angelica root, coriander, and rose hip are infused with the spirit which is then aged for several months before being bottled at 45% ABV.
Distilled GinThis style of gin takes a neutral spirit and then adds juniper berries and other natural flavorings before it is re-distilled. After distillation, additional flavors (artificial or natural) and sweeteners may be added.
