Fiddler Georgia Heartwood Bourbon
Fiddler is a line of whiskeys that are enhanced ("fiddled") with additional oak treatment at ASW distillery. This single barrel bourbon expression is composed of a mash bill of 51% corn, 45% wheat, and 4% malted barley that initially matured in new, white oak and then had Georgia white oak staves placed in barrel for a final few months.
It is bottled at 57.8% ABV.
