Filey Bay Flagship

Apples, bright Chardonnay flavor with a bit of sparkle. Pretty rich, nice flavors and construction but not my favorite. A bit too light.

Nose: apples, barley, cedar, maple syrup with time Palate: barley malt, vanilla, hint of hazelnut Finish: short, clean, orange pith A little thin. A little hot. But sweet and inoffensive. I’ll happily drink it but wont go looking for it to buy. Edit: on rocks it gets pleasantly creamy. This is better with a cube. (Flaviar Advent Calendar)

Citrus and vanilla on the nose. Peach, maple syrup, and honey on the palate. Mild finish of apricot and spice. I wouldn't turn down a dram, but I won't seek it out.
