Four Pillars Australian Christmas Gin (2017 Edition)

This gin is created by distilling puddings made using the same 1968 Women’s Weekly recipe that Four Pillars' Cam's mother used to make. It is distilled with a mix of juniper, star anise, coriander, angelica root and cassia. After distilling, the mixture is blended with gin that has been aging in 100+ year old Muscat Barrels, then a few splashes of muscat are added and the gin is complete.
Distilled GinThis style of gin takes a neutral spirit and then adds juniper berries and other natural flavorings before it is re-distilled. After distillation, additional flavors (artificial or natural) and sweeteners may be added.
