Nose: Chocolate Covered Strawberries, Roses, Lavender, Vanilla, Peaches, Raspberries, Maple Syrup, Cookie Dough, Oranges, Apricots, Pears, Cloves, Mint Palate: Cherries, Maple Syrup, Caramel, Vanilla, Oranges, Apricots, Cloves, Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Spearmint, Walnuts, Raspberries Finish: Vanilla, Strawberries, Peaches, Milk Chocolate, Grass, Spearmint, Nutmeg, Pepper, Almonds, Hazlenuts

Delicious.

Bottled hot at 63.2%, appropriate for the category, but you do feel the heat. The nose gives away the high rye mash, and the spice carries through. Almost a mild funk in there, which I enjoy. A couple drops of water really extended the finish. I had the good fortune of finishing off a bottle from barrel 3-4Q at Copper & Oak in New York.
