Four Roses Single Barrel Bourbon

Sharper nose than taste. I get hints of nutmeg and vanilla. The sip is nice and smooth on the tongue, sweet with a nice spicy finish towards the back of my tongue. Strong oak flavor sticks with you. Pleasant all around.

Nose: cinnamon, vanilla and caramel. Taste: cherries, vanilla, mild cinnamon and a hint of all spice. Finish: cherries up front that melts into a mellow vanilla, which transitions into a nice caramel on the back end with a small bite.

Grape and vanilla on the nose. Raisin and candied fruit on the palate. Short finish. Very smooth. Easy sipper.
