OBSF, barrel 71-1D, 55.7%. Caramel, oak, earth/soil, baking spices, little mint on the finish.

OESF barrel 79-4J. 60.9%. Overwhelming spicy redhots, after a few sips herbal flavors of anise dominate. Complex but not particularly enjoyable.
