OESK, barrel 51-6F. 62.3%. Bold, a little fruity, vanilla and chocolate, some caramel but not too sweet, spicy finish with some mint. Not bad but a bit harsh.

Muted nose - nothing jumps out. Standard bourbon flavors but rye spice and spearmint cover all over with that added layer of complexity. Medium finish. Almost like a bourye and truly enjoyable. OBSV DBC pick 9 y 7m 56.2 ABV
