Third bourbon ever tried (EW black, WT 101). Resplendent golden color presentation. Floral oak and slight pear on the nose. Good texture on swirling in glass as slight syrup sticks. Pear, definite apricot upon taste and is that a hint of orange as well? Rye makes presence known upon rear sides of tongue at point of "Kentucky chewing." Apricot aftertaste most welcome.

Four Roses entry brand that is a blend of all 10 of the Four Roses' mashbills. Light body with a light gold color. Spicy corn nose. Fruity on the tongue with a smooth long finish. It was my third bourbon tasted on the evening which made the 80 proof go down light and easy. Not a bourbon, from a taste profile, that I would start with or prefer.
