This limited edition bottling is the first in Frey Ranch's Smoked Grain Series. Like all other whiskeys from the brand, the grains (100% barley) were grown, harvested, milled and distilled on the Frey Ranch Farm, but it was also smoked in a smoker fashioned by co-founder/farmer Colby Frey and Master Distiller Russell Wedlake.
Colby made his own peat from decomposed plant matter from the farm. (SRP $59 - 375ml).
